Not fully correct that it would have to be internal to show up as name only however that differential does stick out like a sore thumb your correct.

Indeed. And most rationale neutral (ie non-red) supporters I meet acknowledge - after having had a laugh at our expense - that the whole edifice is an unfair sham, along the lines Samuel talks about. In other words, we actually still have quite a lot of sympathetic hearts and minds, despite all the propaganda out there.

Most fans of other clubs I meet tell me it's as bent as f**k , and how they dream of someone buying 'their' and pumping money into them, but know the G14 are trying to stop it. Of course the dippers and rags think we are cheats and they have never done anything wrong !

what I found humorous about the RM game was that we as fans have normalised the shit standard of refereeing we get in the CL to such an extent that having a ‘normal’ ref for once had us all gushing and giggling our tits off about how good he was.....when it fact he was fairly neutral

Yeah that was poorly phased by me, joys of being on a phone in the pub! However the to recipient is smtp and the carbon copy is name only I.e a contact. If it’s an internal mail ild expect both to be addressed via city’s gal or nk2 file locally, if it’s an external then having soriano as a contact but not Simon seems odd.


I just can’t see the sender sending there first mail to Simon in that context.

I know companies can change invoicing sequences but it’s very unlikely and unusual to instigate previously used ones so it just seem very odd and not in line with the indication the club accepts them as real but out of context that’s portrayed here.

Not sure it is. Every single statement from both khaldoon and soriano since the leak first surfaced was aout the club's reputation.
Even in his last interview, soriano said, they look to resove this, but more importantly, stop this undertone of focus on the money club.

They've set their lines out, no admittance of guilt of any type, imho, will be acceptable.
For clarity, i mean to them, rather than to me.

The manager says he believes the club, that we did nothing wrong. The players all say they believe the club. The fans all say we believe the club. And the media say the whole lot of us are mental to believe the club.

Imagine how it would look if we accept wrongdoing, and to stay in the competition via a financial penalty, while clearly demonstrating the narrative set up.
Being banned for two seasons would be less damaging, in the long term.

IF, that was the way it would possibly play out.

That is my issue. I hope the club follow a different path from now on. Challenging FFP, not just for our benefit, and fighting inequality in football for the greater good would help us win the moral argument.

Rather than challenge the elite but then behave like them, with regards tv rights splits etc, weakens our argument.
