I wonder for which administrators it's "a problem" if you have an independent body??
why would they want anyone outside their shady institution throwing light on their shady err institution.
Best they brush the corruption under the carpet lol

I noticed Rick Parry was handing out the losers medals to Villa on Sunday, is that correct?

He was wearing a red tie but vanished when we went up the steps?

I have read that despite having Mike Summerbee and Brian Little as club reps in the lounges beforehand, Parry announced his guest of honour was Gerrard Houllier!!!

"..we are thinking about it and will probably HAVE to adapt"

Interesting choice of words. For the first time, I'm beginning to think reason may prevail over naked greed and corruption.
The fact Ceferein has clearly been in discussions with City.

Coupled with Sorriano being at pains to point out we have "no problem with UEFA".

And Ceferein's / Panja's comments today, it feels like change is coming.

All the signs are pointing towards Ceferein being at loggerheads with the FFP board.

He got elected on a ticket of sticking up for the smaller clubs against the bigger ones yielding too much power.

I think we're going to see the end game of that in the coming months.

He is trying to distance UEFA from the IC and AC.

Funnily enough, Soriano did exactly the same recently in his interview...

Cerefin acknowledges ("as a lawyer") the legal process, recognising also CAS in the equation.

For me, this is MOST telling. He is legitimising CAS.

That tells me a deal has already been worked out/a verdict of City's acquittal is expected, which would certainly explain City's bullishness behind the scenes.

Whether that be under due process, 'irrifutable' evidence we have deliberately held back, or both.

We're being played. City aren't being done here.

Yes. Remember Infantino was quoted as saying the original deal struck with City "saved European football"

https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/gianni-infantino-claims-man-citys-13551013

He said that because he knew what the consequences were for everyone if City went to War.

UEFA have gone back and pushed City again because of the IC and AC.

Here is a man, Cerefin, who has got everything he has riding on a City WIN at CAS because he knows what Infantino knew.

If City win they will never hear from UEFA again.

With all the above in the lap of CAS it wouldn't surprise me if Cerefin has done a deal with City. In a way I hope that's not true because I'd like to win at CAS and sue UEFA.

Correct me if i am wrong but i understand LiVARpool failed FFP a few years and faced a European ban , it was waived because they didn't qualify for Europe. City's ban of 2 years is for 2 'qualifying' years. So it seems to me they are treating us differently again and ramping up the punishment
