Anyhow, about this UEFA FFP investigation thing . . .
stop derailing the Susan Cuff thread, please
Liverpool's FSG a major owner of AS Roma for years? If this rumor is true what are the legal ramifications? Selling Allison and Mo Salah to yourself basically.

this is going to get tasty, if true. how have they kept it under wraps though. murky business going on, that's for sure!!

This was from the 17th Feb. I've posted it before but here it is again. Like yourself, bit odd it wasn't more widely reported.

UEFA vice-president, Michele Uva: "[Manchester] City have appealed to the CAS for a suspension [of the sanction]. The times [it will take] are natural ones, however, we are talking about months and not years."

I think that's more a matter of speaking in a non-native language. It was reported before the appeal was sent, and I think the quote is more in reference to the club statement that they would appeal.

I don't think there has been any official statement of timeframe or of any delay in the ban.

I'll tell you what will happen...Fuck all.

Absolutely nothing.
The fa, the premier league and UEFA all share one huge carpet that things like this with the Scousers gets swept under.

Let's not hold our breath as there won't be a witch hunt for the media darlings.

Nothing to stop FSG owning 100% Liverpool and 49% Roma, provided they do not influence major decisions of Roma.

Keep a close eye on the contract extensions we do before end of the season.

KDB, Stones and Sterling.

That should tell Blues all we need to know...

Although the potential to put long term contracts in place before the season end for say 5 years with a non disclosable clause based on a euro ban allowing a player triggered move..... that’s more likely maybe

Raheem and KDB already have three years remaining on their present deals, mate, they don't need to entertain extensions on the pre-requisite of Champions League football.

Stones has two, his is purely covering ourselves financially and homegrown front.

Yeah thought Raheems was 3 but was unsure of KDBs, didn’t think it would have run down to 2 so 3 years makes sense to talk - I do wonder if the players would seek reassurance, my CRO and legal teams would be battering me if I didn’t cover even the most remote possibility in a contract, but I suppose as you say if they sail through there is a statement about what’s been shared with the players in terms of the on going process.

Stones as you say, valuable due to homegrown - I think he also gets a bad press currently, a few injuries and stuff going on and his head isn’t in the right place - he is still a fantastic player and will get back to that with Laporte by his side I think. So worth the extension for sure.

What I want is at the last press conference Pep says at the end of the press conference say by the way I’ve just signed a new 3 year contract then walk out.

The rags Chelsea’s Arsenal and Liverpool owners will be pig sick especially the rags who seem to be playing the waiting game of Pep and Klopp leaving before getting a top manager! At them moment while Peps here they don’t want to get a top manager only for Pep to show him up as only a good manager.

No a good line of attack given the existence of the CFG.

City signed Aaron Moey from Melbourne City on a free. They then sold him to Huddersfield for more money than it cost to buy Melbourne City in the first place.
