I think it was mark kennedy who removed the original deco italian mosaics from Maine Road before the hammer hit it.

Well lol I bought my first replica shirt this season the first in about 20 yrs but the 125yrs looks great no sponsor etc :)

I think it looks alright. They have to change it every year to avoid it being literally the same thing without changing the colour there’s not much they can do, this is infinitely less offensive than sticking purple on it.

I think it is a stroke of marketing genius to commemorate the destruction of the club by UEFA with the home shirt, the view of the Manchester skyline at night in a few weeks with the away shirt, and the novel coronavirus with the third shirt.

Will be seen as classics in the post-apocalyptic era (i.e. if Liverpool win the league).
