er... It's been "in crisis" for as long as I can remember.

I’m talking about no critical care beds available, people dying in corridors waiting for treatment and a shortage of staff to treat those that are fortunate enough to have a bed.

Real crisis not politically motivated crisis is what I’m talking about.

Look at Italy for a taste of what’s coming and they’ve got twice as many beds.

I work in HR and all I am seeing is our policy makers running backwards and forwards to meetings every hour or so no doubt reacting or trying to provide direction.

If you could enlighten us as to how this is a flu, that would be great. Maybe let the epidemiologists know too, as they seem to be barking up the wrong tree.

Nobody on the planet has immunity to this, so if the world doesn’t “go mad” and instead does nothing, we end up with a situation where there’s tens of millions dead globally. Clearly everyone has to take some extreme measures to prevent that and limit the death toll.

You going sailing is not more important than that.

It’s weird how on one side there’s WHO, CDC and the world’s foremost experts and on the other there’s you, Rush Limbaugh and Trump (though he’s now taken it seriously).

At what point will you start to realise that maybe it’s you that’s out of kilter, rather the those experts who’s jobs and careers have been solely to study and war game these scenarios?
