Makes sense to me. Not much point in throwing resources at testing those who aren't seriously affected as there isn't really much to be done about those anyway.

Stop being a cry baby,yes you can use your powers to ban people but the facts are it kills the elderly and people with underlying health conditions more than anybody else FACT like it or nor

Mate, I am not sure why mod ban powers (which I rarely ever use, and haven’t done with you, even with your ****ish behaviour) have anything to do with this conversation — you’re just trying to deflect from your ****ish attempts to take one of many “facts” about the pandemic and use it to diminish the importance of the elderly and sick being impacted.

But it’s time to end the discussion as I am sure you want to carry it on to derail the thread.

they want herd immunity and have stated they need 60% of us to catch it by not stopping mass gatherings and the stupid rational they came up with for not doing it they want accelerated infection rates

I totally understand the logic of that argument. The best way of protecting the vulnerable is for a large part of the healthy population who will suffer only mild symptoms to develop immunity and therefore stop this virus from spreading. This policy could well lead to this country being the safest place on the planet.

Dont think its been posted before, appologies if so, but I found this a fascinating watch. It might even give some insight into how/why these kind of infections reduce in the summer or in countries with more sunshine. If you only watch the first couple of minutes I'd urge you to give it a go.

Yay! I take Vitamin D anyway, I find it helps in the winter when there's a lack of sunshine. Good for SAD.

Trouble is, it'll now sell out everywhere!

To be fair, he has previous for doing it, and he’s not alone in that regard. There’s no other reason to repeatedly state such facts in that way other than to try to diminish the importance of the elderly and sick being impacted.

It’s what recovering people in the paper were saying today that for the younger generation the symptoms didn’t seem that bad that’s all I was stating
