I think you have misinterpreted the use of the term vulnerable in this case.
So schools are staying open for vulnerable kids, a great move which I agree with.
Also they will stay open for the kids of key workers. Boris will publish a list of what constitutes a key worker. He mentioned hospital staff and delivery drivers as examples.
When I taught we didn’t know what most parents did for a living.
Unless HMRC are going to provide a list of who doesn’t and who does qualify I know what’s coming.

Fair play to Gary Neville, he'll continue paying the wages of all the staff at his hotels and whilst his hotels are shut to the public, they will be open to NHS workers. He seems like a genuinely decent bloke.
Have they said how it will be decided which teachers will continue to work? And will they be paid more than those teachers that aren’t?
