I live in Haarlem near the coast in Holland. Just taken the dog for his business, the roads are gridlockd with people queuing two miles to get to the beach, and I’ve never seen so many old people out for a stroll in my life. It’s madness
So they celebrate whilst the rest of the world is in turmoil.should ban there practises for good after this!
Why are they trying to get to the beach?I live in Haarlem near the coast in Holland. Just taken the dog for his business, the roads are gridlockd with people queuing two miles to get to the beach, and I’ve never seen so many old people out for a stroll in my life. It’s madness
We are doing takeaway, steady stream but only 3 in the shop at once and hand sanitiser for us and each customer. Are cafes not affected by the ban? I’ve seen lots of them open this morning
It’s March ffs!Why are they trying to get to the beach?
Why are they trying to get to the beach?
Just to say, there are some things that I am unhappy about.
1. Leaving doctors surgeries open as long as they did. They should have shut them down after the weekend of the Wembley final and moved to remote consultation earlier. I probably caught it as a result of this.mistake.
2. The air travel disaster. As soon as a country or region has 20 cases of a new virus, you shut regular air travel down. More importantly everyone who travels from that country needs to go into monitored self isolation for the virus incubation period (mobile phone monitoring should be sufficient). As should people who have travelled from that country/region for the previous week. Tawain has implemented this rule and is doing pretty well as a result - especially considering the air travel connections it had to China.
Oh alright lol it's probably because I don't live there but the North Sea in March doesn't sound that enticing. I guess everyone has their local habits though.because it’s a nice day and everyone wants to go and chill out there

thats good of emMany Chinese healthworkers gave their lives to help people. They figured this virus out passing its structural makeup to the rest of the world on the 10th January and our governments sat on it (based on the number of tests that US govt did in the early weeks of their own epidemic).
Not shutting down air travel and ferry ports will prove to be the biggest mistake all the countries made. They won’t make this mistake the next time.
As an island we could have pretty much contained this had we done this in Jan. £££ talks more than human Life though unfortunately.
What measures has your government put into place?this isn’t a habit mate, this is treating it as a holiday I’ve never seen it this busy
Only partially close things and you get confusion and downplaying. It’s that simple.Argument with my pregnant wife - she wants us to go over her mum and dads with her nan and grandad there for a take away.
i mean. Fuck sake.
Spanish blue said the same a few days ago closed down Madrid and they all fucked off to the Costas.this isn’t a habit mate, this is treating it as a holiday I’ve never seen it this busy

Yep. John Campbell was talking about how serious this would be in January. His last two videos his whole tone and demeanor have changed to someone who is totally aghast at some country’s laxness and as someone who expects now for almost the very worst scenario to happen.
Will you read my posts properly ,there are milions of other patients using the hospitals and we don't have enough for everyone, several times you have ignored those treating patients, what they have to say is the only measure of truthThis isnt a debate. We have currently got enough ventilators for everyone in hospital with coronavirus tonight.
Therefore having more ventilators is not a point of difference between the UK and germany.
