Don’t think United will ever really be in “deep shit” financially, given their revenue. Some of the other teams who have apparently appealed could well be in the not too distant future though.

Ha, yes I thought that. “The fear is that they will be able to delay any punishment and — should they win the appeal — get off scot-free, which would be outrageous”. I reckon his ‘source’ is James Pearce or Scott the Red.
 
Clickbait Daily Mail are misreporting again and looking for clicks.

The tenor of this letter from these Premier League clubs would be along the lines of "Hi, when is this case at CAS going to be heard so that we can reasonably account for the inclusion of competing in UEFA competitions next season as this will affect our revenue forecasts? Thanks"

Daily Mail making it sound like it's not and along lines of "City are guilty - ban them now" which would:
a. none of their business
b. legally irresponsible and simply adds weight to the argument that an anti-competitive cartel is at work that completely undermines FFP

A due process is in place: City have a right to an appeal at CAS as UEFA have explicitly stated before any ban is enforced. Until that appeal is heard it would seem entirely logical that City cannot possibly be barred from UEFA competitions.

That is all.
 
This doesn't really add up. Who would put this to them and on what basis. It's not in CAS remit to consider. Surely CAS would laugh it out and say 'nowt to do with us, go and cry to UEFA, we are adjudicating on a specific case and charge'.

So those 10 Clubs are trying to Preemptively sabotage our appeal devoid of any of the facts.

What horrible bastards,the lot of them.

Still can not believe our Club was so incompetent run, to accept Liverpool hush money for hacking.

Reverse the Clubs they would have dragged us over hot coals for eternity.

Us we accept a few quid and remain silent.

Cant spend as much on players will set them back and the debt went up 70m last accounts surely this carries on something has to give?!
