Wonderful that raggies are calling foul. Just keep thinking of how much they are paying Sanchez to NOT play football at the moment. Can't stop laughing. Absolutely wonderful.
Less than they were paying him to NOT play football before his loan move?

One source close to the application was quoted by the Mail saying: "The feeling is that enough is enough

"For too long, City have been able to get away with breaching the rules at the expense of at least one other club that has been unable to get into the Champions League.

‘The fear is that they will be able to delay any punishment."

That is a made up quote. It wreaks of it and the person who has reported it has plenty of form for it too. Having to push the envelope for their tittle tattle while there is no real news to be spoon fed.

I wonder what other journalists think of Martin Samuel?

Do they treat him with contempt as he is willing to write things that are unsavoury to the mainstream fan bases (which could certainly be bad business for football and media outlets if it eludes to any corruption and acceptance) or are they in awe that they see a colleague writing with freedom and seemingly without shackles?
I'd imagine a bit of both, most are either United or Liverpool fan boys and the rest are probably shit scared of upsetting their bosses. Like Samuel has mentioned in the past, it's all about the clicks nowadays not the actual story. Says everything you need to know about journalism.

so the other premier league team want city to be pulled out of europe ? thats fine by me city win the premier league and both cups again that will do for me ding dang do

Worse still, it looks like a case of double jeopardy where City are accused of falsifying and not cooperating as part of due process whilst UEFA's failure to follow its own standards, measures' rules and processes for the same is laughable.
thats double standards not double jeopardy

its still a ****s trick though

If true this is shameful at a time we could start having serious issues in this country over the next 2 weeks. I hope its not forgotten.

so right

its dirty and low at this time when people are dropping dead from the virus all they can think off is banning city from europe. and when football is back city should beat the fuck out of them teams and show them what its all about

will the club act on this though?

They already have, letting it be known I suspect through Samuel.

How else would you expect us to act, we have known for a long time who are enemies are - the only battle worth winning in the current one and that's at CAS - perhaps this letter will be able to at least demonstrate the plotting and vested interests in play.

Premier League :

5. Complete Fairy Tales

It is the policy of the Premier League to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with the utmost integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. Premier League Personnel shall not offer or accept gifts, hospitality or other inducements which encourage or reward a decision, or engage in any form of bribery.
Edited the title for No 5

This is good , we can now also argue that CAS themselves have been compromised. Because of this, they are being put under pressure by PL clubs, who have a vested interest.

Agreed, CAS may not be able to act on it directly when it comes to our case in any legal sense, and they shouldn't, but nobody can tell me they won't look at this and see that the driving force isn't about "doing the right thing", it's about self interest and money, and as such , I've a feeling where ever it's a case of being given the benefit of the doubt, they will lean to our side quite a bit.

If CAS has any integrity, they already know who the real cnuts in this process are ? UEFA have done a pretty good job of showing their hand, and that of the twats that they look after so vigourously .

Sheffield United declined to join a bid aimed at preventing Manchester City from taking part in the Champions League, as members of Bramall Lane’s hierarchy were reluctant to enter into a potential legal wrangle at such a critical stage of their development

@SheffieldStar

Manchester City's appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) should NOT be affected by the actions of their Premier League rivals. Any input from rivals would not be taken into consideration by the court

Not really as if they got any letter it will be in the bin. Doubt they would take any notice of it when they finally get round to our case.
