Quite pissed off today at a text my daughter sent this morning, she is now on the front line managing a medical centre in London, that has been turned into a Corona-19 testing facility, for obvious reasons they cant just let people who suspect they are infected walk in the door, so she has to do a mini assessment via the intercom, which is difficult enough as it is, but over 50% of the people turning up are not English origin, and a great percentage of them don't speak English as a first language, unfortunately my girl doe,nt speak 50 different languages, they do have some staff who can help with some of them, she says very often even though they suspect they could be infected people turn up with their family, its led to arguments and people kicking the doors banging the windows etc screaming at her, she has to look at the big picture to protect her staff and other patients...
This is the bit I am most offended by !! To say I am mad is the understatement of the year, after a double shift and beside herself with fatigue, she went into her local pharmacy for a few bits, realised she had no Paracetamol (forgot to pilfer her own supplies at work) did the old contactless card and was charged £9.99 for what cost 99p 2 weeks ago..
