Another 185 people have died after testing positive for coronavirus in the UK, taking the total to 769.

NHS England announced there had been 168 more deaths in England, up from 521, taking its tally to 689.

The patients who died were aged between 29 and 98, and all but four - who were aged between 82 and 91 - had underlying health conditions.

The new figures were recorded from between 5pm on Wednesday and 5pm on Thursday

Public Health Wales said another six people had died in Wales, taking its death count from 28 to 34

It came after another eight deaths in Scotland were confirmed by First Minister Nicola Sturgeon

So people without underlying conditions and younger are dying now

4858 died now in spain in total

1696 died in france in total

No, all had underlying conditions, except 4. And they were between 82 and 91.

Is it not plausible that the 4 who died did have health conditions that were just not known?

If I died at 45 they would have no record of any health issues but it's not to say I haven't got any.

nice photo. May I ask which place this is?

You just need to read the comments nothing the UK government have done is right and Boris is a c**t
IMO they've done a lot right, belatedly.
I just think they dithered too much when anyone could see this coming over the hill.
The chump across the water still doesn't get the severity of it.

Thanks but if viral epidemics usually needed a vaccine to end them homo sapiens and every other animal species would have been wiped out soon after they evolved.
We might not be wiped out but the Spanish flu cost 50 million lives, the world population then was 1.8 billion. Extrapolate that to a current world population of 7.5 billion.
Would that be a price worth paying, in your opinion?
