it’s easy to criticise the government but you also have to be rational, we just don’t know how much behind the scenes work goes on.

Meanwhile over in Sweden, bars, clubs and venues all still open and they’re going about as if nothings happening despite thousands of cases! Madness.

we may have acted late but the last couple of weeks have looked reassuring - time will tell. Main priority for now is not pointing fingers - but doing all we can to slow the spread of this virus.

It is after an old skool rave tune mate. I was going to have Kid Unknown as that was the producers moniker. Somebody had it so just had the name of the record instead.

I know what you mean though. It seems a little too apt considering what we are going through at present.

The American document runs with a low need for ventilators - predicting peak use of <20,000.

It is more or less prediction of a full end to the urgent situation within months. It's hopeful. I'm a little happier. Still finding myself picking at it mind you. Discounting China as unreliable data, we are left with SK and Japan as the nations that have made it down the other side of the curve. Italy, the worst affected western nation, is some way from reaching something clearly identifiable as a solid downward trend.

How can you take that seriously? It's from the EU...

And, whatever the truth about why we haven't joined the EU medical procurement scheme, next year we presumably don't even get the choice.
