None of the three of us have defended any bigotry as far as I can recall. We've all agreed antisemitism is wrong and exits. It's just you seem to have an issue with any other wrongdoing in labour being held to parallel scrutiny. If you actually calm down and go back to the sky article that started all this, the point is that the ECHR antisemitism report on labour seems to suddenly be being buried now Corbyn has gone. I believe this is wrong because antisemitism needs to be seen to be thoroughly investigated by an external body such as ECHR for the party to recover from the damage caused and where appropriate deal with the offenders. By suddenly abandoning the report/investigation now it does unfortunately suggest that a very real problem was mobilised purely to attack Corbyn, and now he has gone no one in labour has the appetite to deal with it.Why do you keep telling me to sober up? You’ve misread your mates posts.
He wasn’t talking about other discrimination in Labour, which by the way was far below antisemitism in numbers of complaints, the Panorama programme said as much and said the complaints team couldn’t keep up with antisemitism complaints by Jewish members, he tried to deflect by asked what anti Muslim discrimination happened outside Labour during Cornyn’s time.

The rest will see an angry person outraged at antisemitism, yet accepting of islamphobia due to a technicality of definition.
They’ll also see a person defending the governmental approach even though they had a month’s head start on other nations’ approaches.
It’s up to the people that read the thread, but I’m confident that most will see it that way.

Nobody has defended labour on antsemitism at any point. We've just dared to suggest there are some other shady things going on as well. I like you, but you are impossible to talk to on this because it seems we can't discuss any of the other dark arts at work in labour (to which the sky article refers) unless we first concede that antisemitism in labour is somehow worse or more important. I'm not sure it is. It's right up there, but personally I think it's just another shitty thing going on along with all the other backstabbing and any other racism that is happening in labour. I'm not about to elevate the problem in labour to the level of significance of the holocaust, although I agree they may share an ideological root. The cynic in me always thought the allegations of antisemitism in labour would evaporate when corbyn went and it appears unfortunately this is largely the case. This seems strange as none of the allegations were against him as I recall.We’re not important at all.
I’m just saying people will see two posters staying up until 3am to defend Labour on antisemitism.
