I like Cuomo.
A proper news anchor who is open with his politics but will allow guests of all sides to debate with him and doesn't belittle them. The only exception to that rule is ripping the shit out of his brother.

If trump gives him a plan he thinks is irresponsible who would reject it legally
Trump says he gave you things you didn't need asks Erin? The task force said it was going to be bigger than it has been so we had to prepare for the worst case,that is my responsibilty

And so do the people who brief the president of the USA.
He may not have ultimate power over everything but in a state of emergency he has enough power to convince governors to do as they are told. He can exert enough pressure on any state through emergency powers to force any governor into line if he needs to or he can deny support and show the governor to be incompetent. He has called out the governor of Illinois tonight. I ill be watching Pritzkers ratings with interest.
