I just hope there’s some protocol in place in relation to the nukes. I’m not talking about the 25th Amendment, but rather that some level of Defcon needs to be attained before the President can launch. You’ve got to assume there’s some sort of failsafe in place.

I thought he said "if we would have done nothing it would have been up to 2 million dead".

Didn't hear the 50 times that but he repeated the same line about 10 times so its hard to hear it each time so very well could have done.
