Haha

Trump wants to protect peoples lives, but will allow the governor to make a decision that to him will put people's lives at risk???

Also, being asked a question and taking 2 mins to answer, firstly by stating he can change it when he wants, THEN getting an Obama dig in and outright saying HE is the only reason the governor is in office is prime Trump.

Absolutely. Wasn’t he saying repeatedly last week he would come down hard, tremendously hard, if states were acting in a way he was not happy with?

I find the way he stands there like a neanderthal swinging his arms around when someone else is talking really off putting.

Yep. He always throws in that he has absolute power as the president and can do what he wants. Yet knows he doesn't. Throws lies out like its nothing though so not against the norm.

I get it must be hard listening to this shit as a journalist then asking a question and him going totally off topic, but he needs to be pushed on those things even if he doesn't answer them, just need to get those questions out there and let him go off.

It’s a cunts truck getting a member of the military up there to answer questions he can’t as there’s an unwritten rule the media don’t attack them.

Like a 5 year old in the choir at the school Christmas play.

In his head: WAIT FOR YOUR LINE DONALD... WAIT FOR YOUR LINE...

Walks to mic...

"Bigly... Tremendous.. Strongly.. me... me... me...".

Walks away from mic, in his head (stood, swivelling his hips while grown ups talk), "Great job Donald, they all love you. Everybody loves Trump".

That’s true. From watching it often, it seems you need a combination of favourable audio in the sense the microphone needs to stay with the journalist to allow repeated follow ups to press him, and secondly it needs a journalist with some guts and the ability to show grace under pressure. There are some, but not every night. The best I’ve seen recently was last week when two female journalists, one from CBS and one from CNN, really got to him last week.

Yeah definitely, which is why she hasn't been invited back.

Does anyone know if their questions are checked before hand? I'd assume not but I don't get why they don't quote what he's just said.. he'd love that too as its making him the question.

I would love one of the journo's to just stand up and walk off shaking their head.

Yeah, we’ve discussed on here before too the idea of journalists picking up on each other’s question, ie picking up on the one before if it’s not answered properly, but I guess they are all from rival organisations, and all want their “moment”(?)
