If only 60000 Americans die from COVID-19 and 50000 die from bleach poisoning or 3rd degree burns after spending 12 hours in the sun or putting their head in a microwave, that's still only 60k dying from COVID-19.

She has already declared him a genius on the subject. She is fully tied into this - that moment captured is where her credibility and life's work has been destroyed in a couple of sentences.
