Bayern wanted him when he was at Schalke - think they wanted him to run his contract down (sound familiar?). We jumped in and paid the fee - I’m guessing Bayern’s tapping up dates back to then - and they always intended to get him on the cheap as is their modus operandi. Vile scum. You win some, you lose some. On this occasion Sane and Bayern have legged us over. We will be fine without Sane, he’s not bigger than the club. We move on.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bayern forced his non selection in the World Cup to keep his price down. If he goes and tears it up at the World Cup he becomes unaffordable. A horrible organisation and nothing is beneath them

The German national team are marching to Bayerns drum. Didn't Boateng go home because he wanted to get in the German team.

That's why I love Toni Kroos. He gave two fingers to all that shit and has gone and tore it up at Madrid. A proper player. With proper ambition

Bayern never wanted any player to run down its contract. They do not wait a year when they need a player now - they did not do with Lewy either - but they did not get him before. Sane preferred to go to Pep some years ago - not to a coach that is not good in developing youngsters like Ancelotti.

So are you trying to say Bayern were not in Leroy’s ear when he was at Schalke? They absolutely were and wanted to wait a year to lower his price.

It's always good to have an honest and unbiased opinion , so a statement such as " Bayern never wanted any player to run down their contact " tells me a lot about you as a suscriber to the forum .

You clearly soak up all the bulshit, lies and arrogance displayed by your whole management team and club, and then regurgitate it with such sincerity.

Did you keep a straight face as you typed it ?

I thought it was quite amusing too.

What top club has years time to wait for a player until he gets out on a free contract. That is bullocks - you need him now. You do not plan for the CL league 2022 - but for the following year. That it is fine to get players on a free - and that some players, especially for the second row, get more attractive when you do not have to pay transfer sums... - ok. No club says "no" to such bargains. I am not sure if Bayern would have bought Goretzka, Rode or Kirchhoff if they would have cost big transfer sums. But that were not players for the first 11.

Bayern does exactly that what every club does.

No they don’t they do what the ****s of the league do, think; the German Scum or bin dippers.
You tap up, bully and extort the players to playing for you and you placate the lessers by chucking them a a nice loan player Evey now and again.

Pretty sure that Guardiola talked to de Bruyne, Gündogan and Sane on the phone prior to the transfer, too...

Was that before we had spoken to their clubs and agreed fees etc ?

BM don't bother with such formalities do they , apart from using everybody in Germany to plead openly with the player that is wanted

But with much more arrogance and less integrity . Sure Bayern are a model club.
