What are are our goals scored to now versus this point last season? I'd say pretty close. The reason we are 25 points behind liverpool is because laporte got injured and we've missed as many gilt edged chances as I've ever seen a team miss. Going forward hasn't been an issue.We did, but we also “finished” 25 points behind Liverpool without him. He may be erratic, but he’s one of our most effective big game players, with a combination of pace, skill and athleticism that we don’t have a similar replacement for. Sane gives us options, something different.
Transfer fees are an irrelevance, that's not Sane's problem, it's the clubs.
