I don't know if this is exactly the same incident, but look what started it all...
Literally no professionalism in American cops whatsoever.
Apologies if this comes off as ignorant but it seems to me being a black person in the USA is a far scarier reality than being a black person in any other 1st world country. I mean I imagine there are issues for any minority everywhere but this seems a whole different level. It's so odd that a country can be so progressive and regressive in equal measure.
Its been that way in the USA for centuries and the hypocritical bastards have the nerve to call out the likes of China and Russia when they are just as bad if not worse than those whom they call out.
As for George floyd, well that has to be the fastest autopsy ever lol! Remember the guy that was shot while eating Ice cream in his home, yeah the autopsy also tried to blame the victim, same thing in this case.
An interesting angle here however is the case of Mohammed Noor and Justine Damond, happened in the same city of Minnesota. look that case up and see how the american justice system swooped into action! for the first time ever cops on all corners condemned Mohammed Noor's actions, the right wing for the first time ever stood in support of a victim murdered by a cop, Mohammed Noor sentenced to 25years, Justine Damond's family settled 20million usd.
Rightfully so
Spot on! That country is a disgrace. It’s a bigger danger to the world and it’s own citizens than Russia is to the world and its own citizens, any day of the week.Apologies if this comes off as ignorant but it seems to me being a black person in the USA is a far scarier reality than being a black person in any other 1st world country. We think Abraham Lincoln abolished slavery in the US all those years back, but it’s still there.
Instead of holding slaves with them working on plantations, they are slaves to the system in prison.
Did anyone manage to watch Simon Reeves’ Americas when it was on last year? He was chatting to a guy who was saying the cops would pull you up about minor things like not having matching curtains in different windows in your house, or having something the cops would deem “too big” dangling from your rear view mirror in your car... knowing that a certain chunk of those pulled up would not be able to pay the fine, or knowing that some people would have a string of these minor offences, and they’d spiral into trouble from there and end up serving time.
While inside, they are made to make mass produced items for the country. From bullets to assembling engines, all done in the prison system, which is unbalanced in how many black people they have inside compared to their percentage of the population in society.
It’s modern day US slavery and the rest of the world doesn’t say a dicky bird to them about it.
This isn’t even touching in the Police brutality and murder towards black people there. Just on the ridiculous minor offences that is where they get a huge chunk of their arrests.
When the city of Minneapolis has a death rate of 13x for Black than White, you can understand the rioting.
As for the businesses burning, some of those people are the community life blood:
Not necessarily so.Looks like they will say he had existing health conditions and that knee on his head didn't cause him to die.
Philando Castile and Amadou Diallo (to name only 2) would probably agree, but.....Rightfully so
lol......we know these things.Philando Castile and Amadou Diallo (to name only 2) would probably agree, but.....
I don't think it was. Possibly they said that more black people are killed than white people, and that was picked up on. But certainly a disproportionate number of black people are killed by cops. For white people it hovers around the 400 mark per year, whereas for black people, it's around 200. But there are just under 6 times as many white people as black people in the US. Unless I'm missing a definition here and 'patrol cops' refers to a particular subset of the data.
A load of young kids looking for a protest and clouding the serious issues .
@Bigga what Cenk said in that video is 100% accurate, Obama had the chance to push for major reforms unfortunately he was more concerned with the sexual diversity agenda rather than fixing the racial injustice which has always and would always be the bigger problem facing the divided states of america unless someone does something about it!
