Im not saying I agree or disagree with anyone in particular in today’s debate about slavery and the roots of racism, but I honestly don’t think America will solve their problems with large portions of certain communities tooled up, so to speak.
I absolutely could not live in a society where gun ownership is seen as a right and it is so easy to get one.

I firmly believe it bears a sizeable portion of the blame for much of their societal problems.

Including the levels of police brutality. It doesn’t occur in a vacuum.

The police should always be held to a higher standard than the rest but, instead, they are both intimidating and provoking their own citizens, carrying out absolutely disgusting attacks daily, disrupting the flow of medical supplies and medical aid to those who need it, opening fire indiscriminately on both protestors and non-protestors and they are doing all this with relative impunity.

New York police spend $230m a year just settling misconduct lawsuits. The reality is that they just do what they want knowing the taxpayer will cover the cost of their mistakes. Lawsuits are not the answer, sackings are.

I actually think stopping unions from blanket protecting these idiotic officers and allowing lawsuits to be attached to the actual perpetrator would see assaults dissipate in record tome.

The 2 officers have now been suspended without play after it went viral and Cuomo spoke to the mayor of Buffalo.
