Typical, the one day we want a leak from within uefa about what's going on re ffp/city and its quiet as a grave. ****s
I am likewise persuaded. :)I am persuaded by your submissions.
I’m sure @Chris in London is obliged.I am likewise persuaded. :)
Let's hope no news is good news from City's perspective.Typical, the one day we want a leak from within uefa about what's going on re ffp/city and its quiet as a grave. ****s
The current PL top 10, bar City and Sheffield Utd.

it isn't,but a lot of people on here are just making it up as they goI didn’t think our appeal was that FFP was wrong, I thought it was that we had not breached FFP? That being the case I’m not sure that a successful appeal would bring FFP down?
I can’t believe we haven’t got anyone on “Chambers” watch!!!!You'd think readers of the New York Times had bigger fish to fry right now....like wondering when bunker boy is going to declare war on China or if the countries about to explode into mass race riots, if the Police force is about to be defunded, if budget cuts to the whole of the civic infrastructure is about to happen causing the it to crumble due to lack of Federal support or the next 30's like depression is about to fall etc etc rather than to be worrying about likkle ol Manchester City and what we did or didn't do in 2012.
Anyway end of day one, both parties retired to their corners to lick wounds, slap on the swelling iron and apply vaseline and cold water ready to come out fighting for round 2. Pity we don't know what went on.....
It's mentioned briefly in the Guardian's Football Weekly podcast. You will not be surprised to hear that:
They have clearly never even considered the case if they think it's that straightforward.
- They want us to lose - they said that.
- They don't think we have any case at all because the Der Spiegel emails said it all.
It's not worth listening to. They don't have any information, but they never fail to annoy.

If (a huge if) we achieved a stunning victory and UEFA is totally routed leading to the collapse of FFP would Sheikh Mansour pour in huge sums to bring in players such as Mbappe for instance?
I highly doubt it as he has finished the investment phase and now he is looking for organic growth.
I didn't see any CAS leaks before in our case or other cases, contrary to the UEFA investigation constantly leaked by Panja. They are really quiet and you usually hear about it when they publish it.Typical, the one day we want a leak from within uefa about what's going on re ffp/city and its quiet as a grave. ****s
Correct, but it might persuade G14 to break away and/or push hard for a closed shop euro cup. After all, they would lose the power to stop us.I didn’t think our appeal was that FFP was wrong, I thought it was that we had not breached FFP? It’s one of CAS strict criteria that the whole hearing is confidential and as we have already taken UEFA to CAS for leaking their own confidential process to CAS then I bet they are on defcon1Typical, the one day we want a leak from within uefa about what's going on re ffp/city and its quiet as a grave. ****s
I am constantly amazed at the ignorance of journos. Do they really think the emails are cogent evidence of wrong doing? Pannick will quash that in the first minute. It's mentioned briefly in the Guardian's Football Weekly podcast. You will not be surprised to hear that:
