If I make it to midnight tonight, then yes.Have you lasted more than 1 night yet?
I’m proud that in 11 weeks I’ve managed to have the sum total of 1 day where I didn’t drink. If I make it to midnight tonight, then yes.
I assume you don't use that term in the Small Claims court then?

Good post and I cried too. This is all making me very nervous, there is a lot riding on the outcome of this. It's odd the contrast between the confidence of City and us supporters with everyone else, I don't hear many from outside of this club who think we are going to win this. All the non-City sources seem to think we are going to lose, or should that be "hope" we are going to lose.
I've listened to the 93.20 podcasts with Stefan and indeed, re-listened to them today. His thoughts are very interesting, his main concern seems to be the weight & experience of the UEFA lawyer(s) and his surprise that they are still going ahead with the ban etc when it seems quite clear they are time-barred and prevented from doing so by their own final settlement with City previously.
it would be so wonderful to win this and be able to seriously stick two fingers up at a lot of people who have been slaughtering us down the years.
Thanks for the clarification. That's an outrageous account given information in the public domain. I doubt that, if City prevail in the current proceedings, we'll end up going after individual journalists but part of me hopes we confound my expectations. A biased twat like that who presents himself as an expert absent any serious qualifications to do so should really be taught a lesson. The main offender today was Philippe Auclair.
I saw your comments about Rob Harris and Auclair was mild in comparison.
Rob Harris on Talksport (Natalie Sawyer show, last 10 minutes of the 10.00-10.30 segment) I don't ever listen to Talksport for the usual reasons but wanted to check what Harris had to say. It was bad.
"The case is about city trying to show the (UEFA) evidence is inadmissible. City say it is based on hacked or stolen information, documents published by der spiegel 18 months or so ago. It is about City trying to say you can't use this information because it wasn't legally gained. But other cases in Switzerland and CAS have said it is allowed to use such information and recordings.
City were previously sanctioned by Uefa six years ago for FFP breaches. That was overstating the source of revenue from sponsorship linked to their Abu Dhabi ownership. This is not retrying that case. It is new evidence around that and the suggestion that Manchester city actually were misleading or deceiving UEFA for a longer period of time over the true source of the sponsorship income. Some of it was allegedly linked back to the Abu Dhabi ownership, other companies in Abu Dhabi and the money was being channelled around and that led to the income being overstated.
There was significant evidence published by der Speigel showing internal Manchester city correspondence discussing this attempt to circumvent FFP. Manchester city have never disputed the authenticity of this documentation and they are trying to say it is out of context and should not even be considered because of the illegality of how it was obtained. But there is a pretty extensive amount of detail there of how city were trying to artificially raise their revenue because under FFP you are only permitted to make €30 million losses over three years and you need to be able to generate the money yourself".
What went wrong on that particular day?I’m proud that in 11 weeks I’ve managed to have the sum total of 1 day where I didn’t drink.
I was talking like a lady,i am trying it out today,it won't last long ,i shall be giving him one tomorrow ;)"thank" Is that what it's called now.

Haven't they changed the rules again so clubs with new money are allowed to spend money? Saw somewhere that newcastle will be able to spend as long as they prove they've got a long term plan.
Like yourself, I am very nervous. Outside of City I have not come across anybody who thinks we will win. Whoever loses this case their reputation and image will be in tatters and I am just praying we are victorious. This is all making me very nervous, there is a lot riding on the outcome of this. The legal world will be rubbing its hands in anticipation. This is a better place for having BB2.0 back on it but I'm glad I'm no longer a moderator.Did you see Brooklands Blue is back in the forum? Looks like they’re getting the band back together...

Surely this thread needs a made up hot tub story as there is no other news? The legal world will be rubbing its hands in anticipation. This is a better place for having BB2.0 back on it but I'm glad I'm no longer a moderator.
