Mr Paul Harris QC, Barrister- cast list from CAS 1...

"For MCFC: 1) Mr Simon Cliff, General Counsel, City Football Group; 2) Mr James Cranston, Head of Litigation, City Football Group; 3) Mr Josh Blake, Trainee Solicitor, City Football Group; 4) Mr Paul Harris QC, Barrister; 5) Mr Jean-Cédric Michel, Counsel; 6) Mr Massimiliano Maestretti, Counsel; 7) Mr Rhodri Thomas, Counsel; 8) Ms Natalie Sheehan, Counsel For UEFA: 1) Dr Jan Kleiner, Counsel; 2) Mr Luca Tarzia, Counsel"

That's the one, Harris.

Cheers.

Or he looked at it and said "This is a nailed on win for you Mr Khaldoon. You really don't need to be paying me twenty grand a day when a colleague of mine can easily reinforce your evidence at a substantially less cost"
Is David Pannick still our lead lawyer ? Some on here seem to be saying otherwise.

Flint was on the five man panel of the Adjudicatory Chamber that handed out the two year ban.

In that case I’m even less convinced we will get the result we are hoping for.

On the face of it, the AC members appear to all be highly respected lawyers and judges. As bent as UEFA are is it possible the AC are actually impartial as they claim?

It’s one thing to have bent fuckers like Gill, Parry and Lerteme etc, but I find it hard to imagine all these respected lawyers and judges could be swayed to make decisions that go against the evidence in front of them?

Apparently not

It's got nothing to do with them now, CAS are totally independent of UEFA.

It’s starting to feel like we’ve gone from people in the know saying ‘we are confident we are clean on this, city have this in order’ to ‘we aren’t so confident now and we could well be in the shit here’. Growing less and less confident every page, especially when you see emails like the one above.
I'm sure we have one or two lawyers who relax by logging on to Blue Moon. However, no-one on Blue Moon has the faintest idea as to how the hearing is going. All the invoices/e-mails on here are not part of some new last minute evidence package, so I don't get the 'Oh, aren't they scary, we could lose coz of that' mentality.

I don’t think Pannick is representing us, but that list is our representatives from the earlier CAS appeal, not this one.

Beat me to it!

It's interesting that we outnumbered UEFA 8-2. I'd like to know how many are representing each side this time.

Having to conduct the whole thing via Zoom cannot be easy. Teleconferences can be disjointed.
