Have to keep an eye now on the UEFA leakers. I think they might be quiet though. I don't think they'll want to p'ss CAS off when they've yet to make their adjudication. I can glean nothing at all from that statement.

5 weeks ffs? Oh well - at least the pubs should be back open by then and I’ll be able to go out and get absolutely twatted if it goes against us!

First half of July could be as soon as 3 weeks!

Meanwhile, Rob Harris's mate at the AP trying to make a point of this:

The parties chose the same arbitrators as in the previous CAS case about the IC referral. The CAS nominated a different president of the panel. I assume McDougall was our nominee, but don't have confirmation of that.

Anyway, the above is just clickbait nonsense. There's no adverse inference to be drawn from that at all.

I like that 2 of the 3 arbitrators were the same given the previous appeal raised question marks against UEFA's process.

Yup, massively up their own arses. The ludicrous inverted snobbery is part of the reason I won’t watch the Bundesliga
Thanks to FFP the Bundesliga has become a Micky Mouse league like Scotland. The rules are set up to ensure that no one is ever allowed to challenge Bayern and they win the title virtually every season. Meanwhile German fans slaughter clubs like Leipzig, Wolfsburg, and even Hoffenheim who try to challenge the status quo.

That’s the bit that pricked my ears, can’t see there’d be any witnesses required for UEFA’s side of affairs so I’d assume they were ours.
More than likely a mixture of auditors and executives from the companies we have sponsorship arrangements with I'd imagine.

Possibly that UEFA could have their own auditors though.

Thing is, if ADUG hadn't had come along I've no doubts that our league would have gone the same way with United dominating it yearly.

We really opened the gates.

Andrew McDougall is a very French name. I wonder which region he's from?

His full name is Andrew de Lotbinière McDougall and I think he's Canadian. Did his BA degree at the Univesité Laval, Quebec City. Seriously impressive CV, anyway.

We are the best thing that ever happened to the Premier League. I believe that, if it wasn't for us creating a dog eat dog distraction at the top, Leicester wouldn't have done what they did.
