I'm hoping for a decision on Friday 17th July.. and it going our way.
Chelsea face Liverpool the next day. Imagine if United get close to Chelsea and Liverpool put out the kids v Chelsea. The fume would be joyous.

Can someone confirm that we kept our pick on the panel, UEFA kept their pick on the panel however CAS changed their pick? If this is the case, should we be a little concerned by this change?

And thank you for therefore saving us the tedious effort of having to read it.

No reason to be bothered.
They're all rated enough to be on the panel, and it may just be that the first guy was unavailable.

manchester city was happy with appeal ?? manchester evening news ?

i never said we won anything ?? just said have took a offer because manchester evening news also said both parties was happy with the outcome
What the MEN wrote was "both parties expressed their satisfaction with respect to the conduct of the procedure"

Please people, stop posting jokes, puns, stupid or outlandish comments. I know we’re all apprehensive at the moment, but come on, keep it sensible.

Liverpool’s kids knocked Everton’s first team out of the cup earlier this season - but then got knocked out by Chelsea - not sure what that says about Liverpool’s kids - but think it says Everton’s first team is crap

I wouldn't even accept a fine.

After everything we as lifelong fans of our club have been through, to now go through all this and be slaughtered by the media - and why just because the G14 cartel motherfuckers started to panic and quibble in their cartel uefa donned Y-fronts about an owner arriving on the scene , an owner who wanted to grow a club the right way and build an infrastructure in world football unlike any other!

The same as the G14 did back in the day but never even had a corrupt rule like ffp in place to stop them and their sugar rich owners making them a household name whilst collecting trophies

The cartel fuckers laughed at first at little old Manchester City, along with their so called european royalty brothers who wanted all the proceeds between themselves - then the laughter and chuckling soon started to change to doubt, disbelief and downright horror once Manchester City started on its upward projectory.

The owners of the cartel clubs along with the bigot stance of some in european football then had to stop this at all costs. There was no way they wanted another club to take not only a slice of the pie but push them out along the way. And hence a plan was put in place with their friends within the games governing body - you could liken it to the organisation in a bond movie. SPECTRE seems apt for this lot as their hooked tentacles reach deep and far within UEFA like the octopus.

UEFA is an organisation that is supposed to govern and do what is just and right for the game, they cannot even punish racism and deal with it properly apart from giving out paltry fines and making people stand waving a banner - you think this organisation is going to allow, as they name it, dirty oil money come into the game and be successful ?

I am not saying all uefa are rotten apples because Soriano has said this, we have our friends at uefa.

But we have done nothing wrong, our CEO has said this along with others at the club, so even to accept a fine would be reported of City being guilty.

Fuck the cartel, fuck the hateful eight, fuck the corrupt uefa employees who bow to the cartel.

I hope we win this case and then uefa can have a shakedown and stop the cartel from monopolising the game

Rant over....going for my tea

Well said, great post.

I get that PB but nothing will change if guilty we will be 2 years out of the big cash, players will leave & the end of the road for Pep

The way these slime balls have gone about it doesn't make the ban & £30m sound any different

We have to win it's all our nothing imo.

I've gone through 25 pages & everyone talks & sounds positive in each post but for some reason probably because its City always finishes with oh fuck we will be fucked over by CAS because UEFA have people everywhere

What will be will be, everyone on here will still be blue win or lose.

Everything comes to an end at some point. If we lose out and players don’t want to stay then so be it. This run of success won’t last forever whatever the outcome. Perhaps we can finally start to make use of the a academy we have spent so much money on.
