You're telling me that nothing would have been said by the representatives to UEFA officials at the close. They would be itching to know who got the upper hand & leaking to the press if they thought it went well.We have 3 professional highly regarded lawyers sitting on the case, each side has their own team of professionals it’s not in their nature to leak Also especially after CAS 1 revolves around City’s complaint about the fact that a confidential process was full of leaks all allegedly from UEFA run and their failed politician and chief investigator a man with an agenda Remember also that UEFA is populated with club and ex club officials who are our main rivals This is why City said that they were looking forward to the independent CAS So I doubt there will be any leaks and we will be told soon when the verdict will be publish in early July
your right there ,a load of pap , pack as in scissors , package ,brick,Scissors, Paper , Brick. Sis- pap - brick.

As CAS haven’t made a decision yet not even UEFA would be stupid enough to leak when that was part of our defence and a leak now could influence CAS decision making. You're telling me that nothing would have been said by the representatives to UEFA officials at the close. I'm aware that no decision would have been made yet but the representatives would have got a good idea of how things went.As CAS haven’t made a decision yet not even UEFA would be stupid enough to leak when that was part of our defence and a leak now could influence CAS decision making.
Don't forget the ragman's trumpet that let you know he was about.Good man - loads of runts on this forum - long may it always be that City are rooted in white dog shit, that black tar which used to bubble up in the streets when it got hot and back entries for playing rallivo and kick-can!!
*Edits - plus the rag and bone man and that person who used to leave bottles of dandelion and burdock and limeade and lemonade on your doorstep like the milkman.
Used to get 10p a bottle returning them.
Life was so simple then...
I understand that, but either way knowing any leak could still influence the decision they would be sensible to remain tight lipped.I'm aware that no decision would have been made yet but the representatives would have got a good idea of how things went.

They'll have formed an idea, but it'll be due to the way the hearing went based on considerable experience of participating in other arbitration hearings. They won't have been tipped off by members of the panel.I'm aware that no decision would have been made yet but the representatives would have got a good idea of how things went.

A good listen, thank you. On the ominous question of why didn’t City settle ahead of the hearing, I hope and pray that it turns out to be because of option A (ie. we are supremely confident) rather than option B (because UEFA refused to settle), but I fear it’s the latter. I just don’t see the incentive for UEFA to settle. We don’t matter to them financially, but keeping the cartel onside does. On the flip side of the coin there was however massive incentive for City to settle.....
My dicky ticker will never hold out until July....
I am confident UEFA would have taken a 1 year ban.
