Will City and UEFA receive the verdict before it goes public or at the same time?
Yes - presumably a few hours notice probably. Maybe a day.

By the accused kerb crawlerDo you get paid in kind ?
A very minor row about 3 documents. Irrelevant at CAS because no limit on what they could append to their submissions (within reason).@projectriver Why do you think UEFA objected to City offering articles A92,93 & 94 as evidence in the appeal. I read A92 was a newspaper article and A93 & A94 were communications between UEFA and City. I said before this gives me hope that these articles support our argument. What’s your take on this?
New York Times first, UEFA next and City a week later.Great podcast!

...and agents be paid by their clients. It won't matter. FFP won't be recognised in its current form when the window reopens.
Possibly a luxury spending tax on acquisitions over £50m.
Think are summer holidays started earlier than most so watched the same first episodes of Robinson crusoe every year, always back at school before the end of the series.
At 55 years of age can anyone put me out of my misery and tell me did he get rescued?

I didn’t know if there was any last minute chance to strike a deal or indeed if one could be struck now based on the result.
I always thought City had always considered CAS as first instance and could push the matter further if they do not get the result they want. Although I wasn’t sure if there was an element of bluff to it.
Would it be entirely in plausible to have a deal with UEFA that says if CAS upholds the 2 year ban we would accept 1 and not take the matter further, with UEFA considering this a better deal then going through further courts so be willing to agree.
Was that Izal? Horrible stuff.
I keep reading 2 kinds of posts.
1) If we win, then thats it, game over.
2) If we lose, thats it, we won't go through the Courts for varying reasons.
Both these scenario's amount to a free swing for uefa as far as I'm concerned.
It's interesting that he came to two home games on the bounce, almost as though he made us a pair of offers, I think UEFA were desperate to box this off & failed.I wonder if Ceferin was offering to broker a fine as the punishment but he might have had to get the agreement of others in UEFA, possibly including cartel members. Maybe he could have taken responsibility and issued a fine but I am a bit unsure given the severity of the eventual sanction.
Anyway, most Blues seemed to want the Club to come out swinging and many were sick of the Champs League. That might could back to bite us but the Club has done what most fans wanted.
Why have you missed Liverpool Echo from your list ?New York Times first, UEFA next and City a week later.

I hope Monica isn't on a break...
Yes but if we manage to convincingly overturn the ruling, UEFA could end up in turmoil with bloodied noses for the old cartel and Leterme
If it all works out well for us we hope it gives Ceferin the power to clean up UEFA and start to rid the organisation of G14 biased members such as Gill
