I stress nobody could surely know, but there is a growing rumour we may have had a major witness of a royal persuasion.

And it wasn't Prince Andrew.

Surely HH, whoever it needs to concern, would not get involved?

More likely to have been Khaldoon if anybody?

Whoever it was, I hope he told the UEFA delegation that "Heads Will Roll..! " if they try and fcuk us over again..!

That would focus a few minds..!

In front of a hearing, I'd still be surprised?

He doesn't need to be anywhere near it.

Especially so, when we are paying experts 20k a day to get the message across.

On the flip side, if a HH needed to get involved or the CEO of Etihad, it must have been deemed pivotal to our case?

got to do whatever it takes to win, leave them in no doubt.

Serious query, is Khaldoon a royal?

So HH has been revealed?
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan is HH and he confirmed, it via Zoom to CAS, that him and only him can be referred to as HH also he did fund the monies to Etihad to pay the City sponsorship deal as they were skint. He apparently finished by singing a rendition of Bluemoon accompanied by the Royal UAE choir it will be available on YouTube shortly so stand-by Tolmie

Very much doubt there was any witness evidence or cross examination. We know there were experts (from various countries) which is a minimum of one day of the 3. As for Sheikh - no chance even if I am wrong about witnesses.

Dan Roan tweeted a picture of the video stream of the PCP v Barclays trial. Its contempt. He deleted quickly fortunately for him.

Apparently he wrote something last Friday which could have prejudiced the case?

The senior judge today said he had made contact to warn him next time he would be in serious bother.

He announced it at the end of the afternoon proceedings.

is this related to CAS or Amanda Stavley and do we know what he said or roughly what it was must be public for the judge to tell him off

He isn't a royal, is he.

Perhaps one of the owners' brothers, who heads one of our sponsors?

obviously hypothetical based on the assumption its true

Finally got that Hologram for the King working then..

In a nutshell, I have to assume that unless City were supremely confident (having seen all of the written submissions and having taken advice) they would have done a deal at 1 year. As the stakes are so high for City there will always have been consideration of settling even if they felt they had not breached. So if City were supremely confident before CAS, then we should assume they will win. No guarantees of course but thats how I read it.
I would of thought this was City's last option nothing to do with confidence. If we were extremely confident I would of thought the best option would be to have this CAS case held in public so City could show UEFA up for producing fake evidence in banning City.

Needs both sides to agree to open hearing. Uefa no chance of doing that.
