Barclays vs PCP is a different ball game. Simon Pearce who wrote the leaked Aabar email was also the Special Advisor to the Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority Of Abu Dhabi, so if EAA financed a part of the Aabar sponsorship, like they did with Etihad, HH could be a reference to Simons boss at EAA, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council.
Perhaps the deputy supreme commander provided a statement as wittness for the CAS hearing which irrefutably proves who helped Ethiad when the airline was in financial troubles. And afterwards HH went back in a home run to his house on the other side of the lake. Just a thought.

While SM is listed on the Mubadala website under Board of Directors as "His Highness" , so is MBZ, who is at the top. It does not therefore necessarily follow that SM is being referred to as "HH" in Simon Pearce's email. In any case, and we don't know this for sure, it may be that someone from Abu Dhabi testified at CAS that HH was indeed MBZ rather than SM. It would possibly be hinging partly as to whether the panel of judges accepts this.

If he's got any type of limited information as to a verdict, I'm sure The Athletic would be publishing it.

Certainly not hedging his bets and essentially offering an opinion by saying he can see it being a year.

Perhaps those clowns Delaney and McGheegan gave him their opinion too.
I can imagine them just shouting "CITY ARE BAD" in his face until he cried and went home.

I obviously don't know the game as well you mate, but I can't (and fookin don't) for one second believe that if any of the usual suspects managed to get some bona-fide information, they'd keep it under their hats, they wouldn't be able to contain themselves, they'd be shouting it from the roof tops ?

There are apparently two Sheikh Mansour's too!

One in Egypt and ours in Abu Dhabi.

Even Amanda is confused by it!

Reminds me of a conversation I heard in an old sales office between our Irish rep and the operations director
The rep had taken an order which was for a customer in county Donegal (Top left hand corner of Ireland) and he was explaining to the ops manager not to book transport to go via Dublin, because even though the customer was in Southern Ireland, the order should go via Belfast in the North. It would be daft to transport it through the republic when Belfast is so much closer

The ops manager looked confused and said "Southern, Northern, Republic. I thought there were only two"

This really would be funniest way to win if after all proof of payment was shown by above & Pearce was just being a lazy twat with his email.

not likely but if calling did CAS appeals ;)
