I wish last night's thunderstorm would have hit tonight. Just as the game was about to kick off. It would have been interesting to see what sky would have done. It would have been perfectly clear that the game could not have gone ahead.

I don't know what you think is interesting but they would have just postponed the game and we'd be fucked some time later in the schedule with 2 games in 2 days or something.

Funny how so many of those who claim they’re “not bothered” about this match still took the time to come onto the pre match thread of the game they’re not bothered about to tell us all they’re totally not bothered about it.

I suspect some of them will be in the match thread telling us how disinterested they are, and then the post match thread saying how not bothered they are about the result and then in a few player threads complaining that player X seemed to care about the game almost less than they did.

I think some people have declared that they are done with all football half a dozen times this season after a VAR decision or Liverpool win.

I guarentee they will be bothered when Mahrez misplaces his first pass.

I’ll watch it, but I’m not sure how I feel about it or that I’m that bothered about the result.

this season is a write off and a game without any fans isn’t really football to me. This is just about money now.

Hard to get rid of that city bug though (I have given up my season ticket for next year though)

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, hence the success of this great forum.

But I truely fail to understand why some people wish to post on a pre match forum that they will not be watching City.

I also fail to comprehend why they want to tell me they are playing cricket or watching insects either.
PS, may record that insect programme.

Personally I preferred it to being able to hear the players shouting to each other, but you'd imagine that Sky/BT will give viewers the choice via the red button.

Sky are showing it on three Sports channels - Main Event, PL and Football at the same time. The latter is a watch along with Shaun Goater. The first two say 'The stands won't be full but they'll sound like it with Sky Sports Crowds.' You would have thought it made sense to have one of these defaulted to on and the other to off. But I wouldn't bet on it.

Bluemoon is littered with people on the Talksport thread telling people not to listen to Talksport, on the Sunday Supplement thread telling people not to watch Sunday Supplement and on any Oasis thread telling everyone that Oasis are shite. Then you have all the posts on the Celtic thread complaining about Rangers, Chelsea fans pretending to be Liverpool fans on the Liverpool thread, Mancunians pretending it's a muffin in Off Topic and pranksters claiming that Martin Tyler said "stupendous" in this forum. No wonder half of us are confused.

Match thread, either watching insects on the tv tonite or taking up cricket as a protest.
Didn't bother saying the WI cricket team are in the country. Lol

Different channels on Sky for whichever you prefer, saw them talking about it this morning.

After watching Pep's video presser I have the impression he belongs to the couldn't care less camp on here.

Surely Pep's personal loss is sitting deep, and shifting his perspective. Maybe he will change in the minute he stands at the side line and his fecking players don't follow instructions, but he sounds more like just doing his duty. No word about winning.
Clearly not in a competitive mood.

No idea if Pep and the board will take the risk again and let Leroy play with dozens of millions on the cards. As I see I'm not alone not even putting him on the bench in the team guess thread.
Don't make the same mistake twice.

I knew it! So basically no one wants us to hear the on-pitch shouting...

Must admit i was skeptical about restarting, I didn't think i'd be bothered about it. Now the day is here, i'm really looking forward to watching CITY!!
Can't say i'll be watching all the PL games, but i'm sure it'll feel a bit more closer to heart than the foreign games played up to now.
