OH! I am sorry, I didn't realise I would be upsetting the posting police.

I will desist from having an opinion on a match i would have been at and behave myself in an appropriate manner.

Enjoy the game.
Never said don't have an opinion.

There is a documentary on Madagascan TV about the sex life of the horned tree slug that is far more interesting.

I will not be tuning in, leave it to SKYs crowd of armchair support. Rob the rag from Romford can sit in his spunk stained Cantona shirt and Giggsy boxers watching as normal, fans who go to games have been treated like shit as per fucking normal.

It appears to me the only people who are "genuinely" excited are the media themselves as they spin the false excitement that this idiotic restart is creating. They could have handed Liverpool the trophy, they deserved it and said see you next season. TV though has too much power and now they have got this under way, with the strange KO times, don't be surprised if they become the norm when fans can go back, don't be surprised if the 19th game gets approval and City play United in Bander Seri Bagawan and don't be surprised if the FA Cup final is played in QATAR.

The authorities have always treated football fans as scum, now they have the perfect excuse to get rid of the scum.

Many match going fans are looking forward to the games too.spoken to quite a few.
If you dont like it dont watch , but thousands of us will.
Sorry to disappoint you .

For those of you watching the game, I hope you enjoy it.

I like many others will give it a miss, because we the match-going fans have been given the heave ho.

What I am looking forward to is some cricket, many is the time I have sat at OT with a couple of hundred others and had a great day.

I was about to ask the same thing but to see if there's a way to turn it off.

Watched a couple of Bundesliga games and wasn't much of a fan of it.
Personally I preferred it to being able to hear the players shouting to each other, but you'd imagine that Sky/BT will give viewers the choice via the red button.

I understand that the success rate for home teams in post-Covid Bundesliga football has fallen to around 27% so a wager on City losing tonight might be a sound investment, especially given the motivational factors for both teams.

Sure this has already been answered somewhere, but are they going to have crowd noise dubbed over the game tonight? It does actually make the games more watchable from what little I've seen so far.

Not only that, they are going to show old footage of people leaving from around 72 mins onwards just for us.

Funny innit all the not interested merchants on the pre match thread, personally if i didn’t give a shiny shite about the game i wouldn’t be on a City fans website telling everyone i’m not interested in it, around 15 of us who all go pint in The Townley then 3rd tier South Stand are all looking forward to watching the blueboys in whatever guise, it ‘s far from ideal but City are playing so of course i’m fuckin watching it.

I wish last night's thunderstorm would have hit tonight. Just as the game was about to kick off. It would have been interesting to see what sky would have done. It would have been perfectly clear that the game could not have gone ahead.
