I want to do as good a job as possible but my desire to spend time with family and friends is greater, most people just want to find a happy medium between the important things in their life and work is generally not top of the list for most.Don’t know you bud, but if you had the potential and wanted to be considered one of the best [insert your profession] in the world, you would have to be tested.
If he doesn’t care about that stuff, fair enough, but he’ll never fulfill his potential without that desire

No, of course not. I’m talking the last couple of minutes though when we’re coasting in games, at most. Doubt he’ll be over exerting himself either! If everyone stays fit he may not be involved at all, but presuming we’ll have to utilise the full squad over the coming weeks.
Sometimes those 3 minute cameos are when injuries occur -players not motivated to properly warm up.

How has he been complicit?Loved him as a player but he's been complicit in this bullshit. I wouldn't play him in case he gets injured again. Get whatever we can for him.
Always thought he had more talent than Raheem but as we have seen Sterling has character.
It looked like City & Bayern Munich were negotiating. City called BM's bluff by playing Sane in the charity shield where he was injured by a snidey foul

Theres been no negotiations i don't think. It was mostly German propaganda trying to pressurise us opening negotiations. They have not even tabled a bid (it would have leaked).

Leroy not seeing the pitch with 5 subs is pretty amusing to me. Would honestly be surprised if he plays much at all.
Not playing him to me is a negotiating tactic on our side. We could play him loads and even if he is one of our best performers Bayern still probably won't pay more than 50m euros for him. Bayern would happily wait to pick him up as a free transfer but i'm sure Leroy wants to go asap.
I'd sign his replacement before any potential sale so he gets itchy feet and starts sweating at the prospect of standing still for 2 years. You never know, it might even force Bayern's hand into putting up the proper money for him.

Part of me would be happy seeing him get no game time, but I also know how good he can be when hes on it. Sane if fit could be the key to our 1st champs league. Sterling on the right and Leroy on the left with dave and Kdb pulling strings was friggin beautiful to watch. Full backs were terrified to attack us due to our speed in transition. Fuming hes had his head turned, seemed a really grounded kid as well.

All the signs point to same going to Bayern but on his day sane can be unplayable. Although most of us would rather pep just keep him on the bench as a lesson in humility or spite he could be very useful in tight games. I remember feeling the same way about balotelli after the arsenal sending off when I didn't want him to play for us again and look what he did!!

His work rate is unquestioned but Pep's persistence in playing Sterling on the left frustrates me, especially when Mahrez isn't performing on the right whilst Sane is sat on the bench.Did you notice Raz’s work rate yesterday ? He is more rounded player than sane can dream .
Play Sane or get rid. Would be nice to see him play a few games though. This saga dragging on needs sorting one way or the other, and until it is then only Pep knows why he doesn't start him and use him as a sub.

Why don’t we leak that PSG, Barca and Real are all interested.
