Yup, Gorsuch and Kavenaugh.

Trump had no right to nominate Gorsuch, as the position he filled came about during the Obama Presidency. McConnel blocked Obama from nominating Merrick Garland in his final year of his Presidency and so Gorsuch was nominated pretty much soon after Trump was inaugurated. Kavenaugh was credibly accused of being a sexual predator, but the GOP limited the investigation and essentially forced through the nomination giving Republicans a 5-4 majority.

Republicans also forced through a rule change in 2017 meaning that a simple 5-4 majority was enough for a decision instead of the historical 3/5ths Supermajority. Game, set and match, or so it seemed, until now.
