If so and they feel they've done enough damage, they'll probably try to stick a transfer ban on us.All they can do is suggest the punishment is too severe, which would mean UEFA having to look at it again.

CAS can reduce a sanction so I would imagine they can also suspend it. They halved Chelsea's transfer ban and the fine on appeal, for example. There's probably something a bit lost in translation there. I don't believe CAS have the power to do that. All they can do is uphold the ban, clear us completely or suggest the punishment is too severe, which would mean UEFA having to look at it again.
Ha, all I did was post a tweet from someone. Its Ric doing a Delaney "clickbaiting "
Yep.They’ll call it us whatever the outcome so fuck ‘em ;)
Pretty sure that UEFA can't impose transfer bans, only FIFA.If so and they feel they've done enough damage, they'll probably try to stick a transfer ban on us.
Yeah but it worked ;-)Ha, all I did was post a tweet from someone.

Yeah, I think this is just further confirmation that the feeling within the club is positive, as we both posted last week. Obviously that’s a good sign, but could count for nothing if they’ve misjudged the mood of the hearing though! Think people are probably reading too much into the wording of the tweet tbh.I don't think you are too far away mate, it's either lost completely in translation or just a shot to nothing tweet.
There is no provision for CAS to suspend or postpone.
We both shared on this board last weekend that separate sources were very positive about the hearing.
I don't think much has changed beyond that.
