Early doors VAR pissed me off but overall I think this season has been pretty similar to the ones that have gone before. Man Utd and Liverpool get an unusual proportion of decisions in their favour. This season a pretty defensive Man Utd side is on course to break Leicester's record of 13 penalties in the Premier League. Utd have been awarded 11 this season, and City 9. City should be top given the amount of attacking that we do. Liverpool surprisingly have only been awarded 5 penalties in the League.

Todays League Table shows both us and Pool p 30, GD identical at +45, us 3 draws them 2 with the big difference they won only lost 1 whereas we lost 7.
Perhaps in close games they got ref or var assistance whereas we did not.

Yes, it's easy to add up penalties and decisions and claim it's even etc etc, the big thing is the state of play and how the game was balanced when those penalties/decisions were given, and I bet Liverpool's games were mainly on a knife edge, and our games were pretty much sewn up.

Perhaps if we took 10% more of our chances in each of those drawn and lost matches we wouldn't be 20 points behind.

Together with poor defending at crucial times. We really can't complaint never seriously tested the Dippers early doors and when we lost at Klanfield the league was effectively over. Time to move on try and win a cup and prepare to do a lot better next season.

It was intended to help some of our younger readers who may have thought that the availability of Series 1 and 2 implied that there were further series as yet unobtained by Netflix. Had the original statement specified that all episodes were available an attempt at clarification would indeed have been superfluous. But I'll leave it for others to judge
I’m so fucking pleased that you have clarified these points, on a football forum

Yep and not helped by TAA playing basketball in their box at 0 0, and no var review of their first (offside?) goal

Our 7 defeats :

2 against the rags, 2 shit performances
2 against Wolves, poor finishing at home, substitution of KdB cost us when winning with 10 men away.
1 at Norwich, piss poor defending
1 at Spurs, missed pen and poor finishing, should have been 3 up before they scored.
1 at Liverpool, the only one that I consider VAR to have influenced.
