Not quite, before Cheesemans tweet, 3 people posted pretty much the same on here, posters who've been members on here for years, one who has never really posted much but claims to have worked for uefa until recently, and 2 posters who post regularly. The "uefa" poster has only ever posted on this subject, and posted a thread back in November which we deleted because it seemed like the sort of thing a WUM might post, with promises of information, but no actual information, but he came back to post in here today that we'd been cleared.Just to confirm, the only real cause for optimism so far is a tweet sent from Ian Cheeseman with information that he might actually have picked up from rumours on here?
Isn't that the Bay City Rollers in 2020?Free Trade Hall 1977....

He knows ! Not one quote from the City hating media about UEFA winning which would have been leaked if we'd lost !I hope Cheesy's sure of his info and not just chanced it.

NoBelieve there is a board above CAS we could go to?
And then repeat their imbecilic shite on here. If i waan see that childish nonsense i'll go on facebook. Why do posters go on other forums?
Who really cares what other fans think, I don't give a flying fuck I'm only interested in City.
I dont get it

So there is slightly more to the optimism, than just one tweet.

"Get away with it"?If we do get away with it, how long before wankers sorry I mean UEFA come up with something else to try and ban us
If we win the case we got away with nothing, I really doubt they'd overturn the case completely unless UEFA have completely got it wrong.
I'll be happy if we win but also angry at the amount of know it all that actually knew nothing attacking the club and the fans for so long. Making them eat their words would be so satisfying.
He'd have logged on his laptop and deleted it :o) unless he lost that too.A dark thought has just occurred to me...
Imagine if Cheeseman lost his (unlocked) mobile this morning whilst out on errands and it was found by a cheeky United supporter.
Why would any club agree to UEFA's demand that CAS is the one and only mediation service if they themselves don't abide by their decision? If UEFA lose anyone know what the next appeal stage is. The Haag?
Not if the enterprising young rag changed his Twitter password before posting. ;-)He'd have logged on his laptop and deleted it :o) unless he lost that too.
