The flip side of that is we are relying on an Ian Cheeseman tweet that says he thinks we have been exonerated but that it's not confirmed.
I'd say it's currently 0-0 but we have been the better side so far...
... and we`ve just hit the crossbar.this is what I like. Keeps us in the game.
Abbey Road is in London mate and don’t you dare dis the Beatles!Looking on Twitter (yes, I know!), the amount of people saying this just goes to show that UEFA are corrupt and can easily be bribed is astonishing. The thick fuckers don’t even realise that it’s UEFA we are up against! I’m keeping my powder dry till Monday but IF this goes our way I’m gonna drive over to scouse land and take a dump on Abbey Road.
We’ve finally found our new Latin motto.

I’m well aware of where Abbey Road is mate. It is a token gesture of my disdain for all things scouse. Also, being in London, a fair few rags may step in itAbbey Road is in London mate and don’t you dare dis the Beatles!
The rest of Scouseland are fair game though.
The Beatles get a pass.I’m well aware of where Abbey Road is mate. It is a token gesture of my disdain for all things scouse. Also, being in London, a fair few rags may step in it

Is that the one where the barber shows photographs?Don't you mean Penny Lane?
This 100%...exactly what I was saying to my lad earlier. I'm totally convinced we have been exonerated. there will be a lot of people at lower levels in the club, who will be aware of this, and have been set to work over the weekend, in readiness for the Monday announcement, and I'm sure 1 or 2 will have discreetly spoken to him to let him know what's going on.If we had lost there is no way the club would leave the positive Cheeseman narrative out there because it would double the blow on Monday for all our staff, clients, customers, sub-contractors, and our fans. They would immediately contact him and ask him to take the tweet down. He was the BBC Manchester Reporter covering City for decades and knows everyone at the club. I trust him 100 per cent on this one.
The line that City and UEFA don't yet know the result is just to fend off the press to try and keep it out of the Sunday papers because City are embarrassed that something has leaked out at our end (probably not deliberately) and we made such a fuss about the leaks from UEFA.
Have you just changed your post?I think you thought Abbey Road was in Liverpool... come on admit it haha
