I exspect us to win our case reason being i think we will use the argument demanding a fair trial process.Having a discipliniary body that chooses the panelist who also do the decision making is unfair.Making them the judge and jury and as khaldoon has already mentioned this many times.like the omar riza case he used the exact formula to win his 10 year battle.

Just logged in..........can anybody briefly summarise the state of play or are we still whistling in the wind?
Little to confirm either way but what is out there seems to indicate we’ve won.

-Cheesy and Sinclair’s Tweets saying exonerated
-The usual suspects who hate us in the press are silent and some even sulking
-Pep’s confidence yesterday
-The general silence from most quarters
-De Bruyne’s agent saying he’s happy, several weeks ago KDB said he’d consider his future if upheld
-PB and another poster have both heard HH S. Mohammed gave evidence in person, that it was him that sent the money, which clears us
-Whispers of high level transfers going ahead and extensions to key players
-General confidence from City and I truly believe if we’d lost they’d be leaking it to soften the blow on Monday

I alluded to this yesterday, as well, but I had a “discussion” with him quite awhile ago now that spanned two days, mostly covering the underlying racism and xenophobia in his treatment of City, PSG, FFP, and his musings about the state of football in general. It also briefly touched on his favouritism for American-owned clubs (whilst ignoring the deep seeded financial and ethical issues with them), as well as his flawed understanding of financial management and analysis in general.

He conceded absolutely nothing and every response was similar to what you have described in spirit; it was very much the intellectual coward’s escape of “you don’t understand what I am saying” and “I know more than you so am always going to be right about this”.

Funny enough, shortly after I fully disclosed my credentials (as a basis for dissolving that “I know more about this” defence) he ceased responding to me.

He’s a charlatan, a malcontent, and an idiot.

Bravo! That final line should have been delivered with the slap of a leather glove around his chops.

It seems that if FFP is finished then the Liverpool owners may put the club up for sale. They only bought the club because of FFP meaning they could compete but feel they do not have the money to compete with us and others. I would normally have posted it on the Liverpool thread but it seems to have been taken down again.

Ironic seeing as Liverpool failed FFP in 2013 and were on the brink of failing again in 2015 before their £50 million Stanley Park FFP fraud. They certainly did 'get away with it' both times.

I saw that link earlier but there’s nothing on the specials on the app. Make of that what you will.

Reason to be worried? Bookies rarely wrong, they don’t like being wrong.

Reason not to be worried? It was 2 days ago.

So on balance I don’t know. But I’m confident.
Not showing anywhere on the site read what you wil
Tony Evans wrote about a 2 year ban iirc.
It was also released to American tabloid that's what City complained about to CAS so not sure wete this no

I was waiting for someone to make this joke — took much longer than expected.

So many have lost their edge recently. ;-)
Replied as soon as I saw it. I’d been in the shower or I’d have been on it much sooner. You’re right though, too many taking their eyes off the open goals....
