Apart from the Cheeseman tweet there is absolutely nothing in the UK or global media saying we have won or lost.

This is bizarre as you'd expect some of the huge number of journos / winos / nutters who make up a large proportion of the media to take a punt on the outcome.

Not sure why they would really. With only gut feelings to go off, and you may have to be close to somebody in the club that knows the outcome to see their demeanour to get a gut feeling one way or the other.
 
Silly question on ffp regs as my brain is consumed with rules directly affecting us at the minute.

What's to stop a club taking a £500 million loan against the club to buy players, as long as they can afford the repayments?

Isn't that what Chelsea do? Maybe not £500 million - but interest free and no schedule of repayments!
 
Looking at that document a bit closer. It has november 2019 at the bottom. Surely would be a more recent date
