Go on then who are they? They didn’t do a great gob at getting him a simple press accreditation, ffs even Rob Harries has one of those
Perhaps nobody actually knows?Apart from the Cheeseman tweet there is absolutely nothing in the UK or global media saying we have won or lost.
This is bizarre as you'd expect some of the huge number of journos / winos / nutters who make up a large proportion of the media to take a punt on the outcome.

Not sure why they would really. With only gut feelings to go off, and you may have to be close to somebody in the club that knows the outcome to see their demeanour to get a gut feeling one way or the other.Apart from the Cheeseman tweet there is absolutely nothing in the UK or global media saying we have won or lost.

The optimism yesterday wasn't just based on Cheesemans tweet though, I posted this last night to summarise.Apart from the Cheeseman tweet there is absolutely nothing in the UK or global media saying we have won or lost.
Silly question on ffp regs as my brain is consumed with rules directly affecting us at the minute.
What's to stop a club taking a £500 million loan against the club to buy players, as long as they can afford the repayments?

That document as the poster actually said was the previous appeal at CAS.Looking at that document a bit closer. It has november 2019 at the bottom. Surely would be a more recent date
Apologies... im just worried at this timeThat document as the poster actually said was the previous appeal at CAS.
Perhaps the way forward is to spend £100 million on a new stadium that we never actually build. Because that's fair and in no way cheating whatever.

The rules are the rules so CAS would shrug their shoulders at any complaint but if as seems correct if some clubs get away with it and others don't is that something CAS could have looked at?I thought the details were well known but here we go. Liverpool were on the brink of failing FFP and magicked up £50 million (some sources say £35 million) in 'stadium development expenses' for the Stanley Park Project which had already been abandoned years before. They offset this against their FFP losses and UEFA accepted it despite the sum involved being rather a lot for mowing the grass a few times and maybe getting an inital blueprint knocked up.
