I for one won’t be sleeping and if i do it won’t be a enjoyable sleep.

I can see the smug red of Manchester and thieverpool sneering now calling us cheats and demand your recent success are erased from history

damn just get this pain over done with one way or the other

More crap from BBC saying FFP is at stake if ban overturned.

If we’re found to have done nothing wrong then it’s got no relevance to the future of FFP.

Makes no sense at all, what would be the point of trying to counter it if we know its bad.

If we lose, it’s over. People there now won’t be in a position to take anyone to court as they will be up the road - Mansour and Khladoon will likely distance themselves from rouge ex-employees and try and say they are also victims of this internal conspiracy- that’s the only way the reputation can be anywhere near restored....
Are you saying that the owners haven't already assessed the evidence and just went around pleading the club's innocence from the rooftops on the off chance they'd be proved right and vindicated? Sorry, but you have under estimated their inteligence and their judgment if you think that. If they felt duped, we wouldn't be discussing an appeal because there wouldn't have been one.

Well for a long time City fans have been laughed at and written off as paranoid conspiracy theorists for saying UEFA is corrupt. Be interesting to see, if we are exonerated, how many people amazingly come round to the same conclusion tomorrow morning......

They dare not even imply they have a sniff, being so close to an actual verdict.

Most would usually speculate bullshit for weeks on end but they can't, simply because it would expose them for the blaggers they are.

They would rather say nowt and then come across all informed and opine tomorrow, offering opinion as fact.

City have played a blinder in terms of the flow of information.

Perhaps they also feel it will have more resonance and meaning for both our fans and the wider public that we all get it tomorrow hard and straight.
If city win this i can not wait for they statement they put out i doubt they will hold back

They are just putting options out there ,that is all,we know all of it
Everybody has a view and have heard this and heard that. Not pouring cold water on your post but yesterday at least half a dozen post referred to City being offered a similar deal back in December but told UEFA to stick it as they were going to CAS if UEFA tried to ban us to clear their name! Truth is we'll gong out in the morning!

No fishing from me mate. Have been very confident all along, just trying to inject a host of realism in these last few pages for those Blues who don't think a guilty verdict would not be very bad news indeed.
Of course it would be bad news but the apocalyptic tone of some of the commentary on here is the product of utter hysteria. Whatever happens, it won't still be happening in 24 months time.

There is nothing to prove, the point that I and a few others have been making this evening is losing would be massive for us and has a whole host of possible negative implications.

People have been saying on this very thread for weeks that winning this is bigger than any trophy we have won.

Winning is not bigger than any trophy we have won but it is vital if we are to remain competitive and win any more in the future. The damage to our reputation would be monumental.

For me, I remain confident we will win. The club has always been confident and strong in publicly challenging these allegations. It was always going to require a CAS verdict, and I believe Pep knows the verdict now. There would be no point remaining bullish a couple of days before the announcement. He would just look a bit foolish. He is a clever man and will have known what he was doing.

Sorry to find out in the morning!

I’m saying City are confident, I think City will win. However, UEFA must also think they have a strong and winnable case. Also, it is a hearing, it can go both ways - think OJ Simpson, anything can happen

If we lose very senior people will be looking for work by Monday afternoon

Stand back

WE DID NOT MATCH FIX SO WILL NOT BE DOCKED POINTS

Carry on

Neither did Arsenal, Man Utd, Spurs or Boro when they got docked points last. I know the Spurs plight would be more comparable, they got a massive fine anc kicked out of the FA Cup, but ended up overturning the lot.

The worst that will happen is a few hundred quid saved next season and the possibility of an interesting away game in LC Rnd 2.

it is obvious now why it was put back till tomorrow morning. they can clear us now as 5th place will not matter. the way chelsea and leicester are going at the moment the rags will be 3rd.
