Exactly. These are UEFA rules and they knew from the outset that they were revisiting something beyond the time limit. That's simple. They lost their fight with PSG for the same fucking reason. Cas should be saying to UEFA that they should better enforce their rules because that's two appeals on FFP now where they've failed to fucking count. Not an oversight. We don't see Liverpool, United, Barcelona, Real Madrid or any of those scum clubs getting found guilty. Their not in debt though so FFP works well doesn't it!

It's a clear example of UEFA ignoring their own imposed time limit and revisiting things that suit their agenda. It's not a technicality either.
