CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

It is with very little regret that I must advise that McKenna has gone off the deep end.

I'm fairly certain that the prevention of some material being admissible would be UEFA rules, not anything much to do with City apart from pointing it out.
And 'clearly guilty'? Oh dear.

Clearly guilty?

CAS - Manchester City did not disguise equity funding as sponsorship contributions

CAS - the alleged breaches reported by the Adjudicatory Chamber of the CFCB were either not established or time-barred

Where is the basis for 'clearly guilty' coming from? A couple of out of context emails?

Hasn't this thick c*nt been outed as a contractor for Qatar anyway?

Linking City to a Murderer now... jesus christ... all new low.

He’s treading on very shaky legal ground with slanderous comments like that
The club should now have a zero tolerance on comments like this. Anyone calling us cheats need taken to court and sued. They should also in a statement state about we were not open to Uefa due to not trusting them, stating the 1st time they moved the goalposts, how we sent them evidence but they banned us regardless and we simply do not trust them due to constant leaks. Time to put Tabas (Spanish guy) in his place also

Did UEFA disclose all their sources for the allegations?
Don't know. But it's a good question. I reckon there's a whole new can of worms to be opened here, if City are minded to. Although the club wants to move on judging from today's measures reaction.

The level of ignorance in the media is mind boggling. Even the BBC now running with 'Is this the end of FFP?'. Have none of them actually read the details of the case?
The world has dumbed down pal, only have to take into account that Donald Trump and Boris Johnson were elected, soundbites, opinions and shear bloddy mindiness are now more important than facts and proper investigative journalism and the drooling, uneducated masses just lap it up no questions asked.

The program is still on air until 4pm. If you go to BBC Sounds you should be able to wind back to 2:30 and hear Rachael give a brilliant performance. So measured in her comments and her best wishes to the slightly bitter Sheffield United fan was just perfect. Well done.

I just did that and agree with all that you have said there Southern KK. Congratulations Rachel, that was brilliant and you came across really professionally and thoughtful and definitely put the Sheffield United fan in his place whilst giving him a leg up with your best wishes! Great stuff. :-)

The list is endless, the legal team are going to be very busy

Sky Sports,

What about the Premier League investigation into Manchester City?
As well as the UEFA investigation, Manchester City are also being investigated by the Premier League over financial issues, academy recruitment and third-party ownership.

That Premier League investigation - which has been running since March 2019 - remains ongoing

I did'nt know we were under investigation for 3rd party ownership?
There was something mentioned about a 3rd party owning the image rights of players, perhaps that's what they're referring to? (or perhaps that's the 'financial issues')

FIFA fined us for youth signings made before 2016 when the rules weren't clear regarding trials and friendlies, Chelsea and the FA both got fines (the FA twice, once for each club, the FA were appealing it the last I heard).

Edit: scratch some of that. This was from a year ago. https://www.independent.co.uk/sport...players-fifa-news-pep-guardiola-a8824076.html

So be it, but our name has been dragged through the Mud, even tabas laughed that as we had not taken action against him, the allegations must be true. Club now I hope goes on the offensive and have a list of articles and slander and take the appropriate action
