CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Think the issue now is the morons can communicate with each other on social media and convince themsleves that their rambling are actually intelligent analysis of the issues.
Definitely, being hypocritical here cause it’s the medium we are currently communicating on but the internet has a lot to answer for, it’s opened the Pandoras box for every fuckin idiot to spout their clueless, myopic shite!

While we all appreciate that miggy is one of the great writers of our time, somebody should tell him the difference between ‘obstruction’ and ‘non-cooperation’

Well that puts the FA in a pickle, if we would have been found guilty, they could have had a field day with sanctions without fear, but now they have to deal with the Hateful Eight and their illegal formation, of course they are going to hide them but they can not if we go after them:)
Isn’t it ironic that they wouldn’t take action against a club who hacked another club as they judged it “history” and now they think they can investigate a club over “historical” claims

Book it, 90 second VAR reviews on any of our goals.

hahaha it will be review from every angle if we score and taken back to the kick off

best thing is we don't have to win the game a draw or a 1.0 loss will be enough ? but they will put the most bent officials on that game

There was something mentioned about a 3rd party owning the image rights of players, perhaps that's what they're referring to? (or perhaps that's the 'financial issues')

FIFA fined us for youth signings made before 2016 when the rules weren't clear regarding trials and friendlies, Chelsea and the FA both got fines (the FA twice, once for each club, the FA were appealing it the last I heard).

Edit: scratch some of that. This was from a year ago. https://www.independent.co.uk/sport...players-fifa-news-pep-guardiola-a8824076.html

It was an old cut and paste that wasn't edited.
The 3rd party stuff was over whether an academy (in Denmark?) offering first refusal was 3rd party ownership in all but name (something like that, anyway!)

My God. Put Sky News on just as they started to talk about our story. The expert they had on was Martin Lipton from The Sun so was obviously expecting the worst but he defended City at every opportunity, despite the interviewer desperately trying to get him to criticise us in some way! An unexpected ally there!
Can't believe that from a gooner

It is with very little regret that I must advise that McKenna has gone off the deep end.

I'm fairly certain that the prevention of some material being admissible would be UEFA rules, not anything much to do with City apart from pointing it out.
And 'clearly guilty'? Oh dear.

His English is truly appalling.

It's very clear that the press have taken the headline part of the decision about "the alleged breaches reported by the Adjudicatory Chamber of the CFCB were either not established or time-barred." and just reduced it down to "time barred".

So many pieces are coming out about how this is a technical victory, how there's no moral victory, how we just escaped through incompetence over timings. They are going to look so monumentally stupid if the CAS full judgement comes out and most of the charges were decided on the "not established" end of the spectrum and not the time-barred end.

They just never learn. We will be doing all of this again on Friday or whenever CAS publish it.
