Yeah I just saw this. Maybe I should learn to not just go with the shocking headline.

In fairness to Jose, he says that he doesnt know what was the correct decision but if you are found not guilty, why should you have to pay anything? £1, or £9m, it doesnt matter. You are innocent, you should not have to pay. A lot of people on here (myself included) said the exact same thing yesterday.

The normal way this is done in Arbitrations I have been involved in is that a draft copy of the Result/announcement is provided a day or so prior to the result. This gives the chance for any obvious factual inaccuracies to be picked up and corrected. That will be made Final and provided to the parties an hour or so before being released to the Public. It is rare for any changes to be made between draft and final versions.
