Isn't it more likely that the lawyers are concerned that some of the information in the CAS statement could prompt action from other parties ie not City or UEFA. In a UK case you would be protected from any action over anything said in a public hearing but I am not sure what would apply to a closed hearing held in Switzerland. Perhaps City named the "leakers" as part of their defence to not-co-operating.Yes , you are right, he has that tits up.

Not sure why anyone is continuously pressing F5 on that CAS page. It took CAS about 16 months to upload the fuller PSG verdict - it randomly appeared the week before last for some weird reason - so if that is anything to go by, some fucker is going to have a very sore finger!

Also city said they are waiting until the full award drops in order to make a statement ... dont think they are expecting a long wait.

CAS are an hour ahead of us so it's not going to be tonight. Perhaps the dippers are named and they didn't want it to drop on the same night as they get the PL trophy.I want it dropped before the game tonight

Khaldoon is going to read the whole thing to us on the end of season review show. He’ll start by looking straight into the camera, CAS judgment in his hands and say:
