Pissed off more than angry
If it's true that some of the hate team have been mentioned,and dont like it,tough shit.shouldnt of tried to screw us,& as for eufa screw then aswell seeing they were in cohorts with them,
City have said there happy for it to be published,eufa not,
So why it taking so long, I wouldn't give 1 inch to eufa..

Its delayed because arses have fell out and lawyers are now desperately trying to cover them back up again.

Every day its delayed my smile grows bigger.

That's the point though, we don't know the reason for the hold up so there's absolutely no point in getting all bent out of shape. It'll come when it's ready as I'm always telling the wife.

You really think anything is going to happen if any other team is mentioned in the report?

It takes as long as it takes, I don't think the club give two fucks when or if it ever gets released. We have done our jobs and are now looking forward.

Just speculation any reason for the delay but on the "hateful 8" letter I would imagine that it would have no effect to the result but CAS are likely to be totally displeased with any non witness statement designed to influence their findings.
Perhaps they have been contacted separately about this?

The delay will be due to what either or both parties want redacted from the judgement document
No doubt City will want Etihad's business model to stay private among other things. Then there's whatever UEFA want to keep confidential and then there's all the menial stuff that's not worth releasing that needs to be culled
It would normally take up to three months for a full judgement to be released which is why at the end of the CAS statement it said "within a few days " was quite an extraordinary timeline

Maybe CAS thought Uefa's charge was so ridiculously political that the president wanted it out soon as. Remember what they said about the IC being biassed, doubting City would get a fair hearing.

More likely I've spent too much time on Bluemoon and I need to get out most probably.
 
Obviously some horse trading is taking place behind the scenes, who knows what/who uefa are having to give up to redact things from the official report . We won the battle now it's time to push them for concessions on how our relationship works in the future, interesting timing that Tebas finds himself in a bit of bother .

They are really undermining the credibility of CAS and the written verdict with this massive delay though.

Everyone is going to assume anything that comes out now is heavily redacted and not a true insight into what happened, and it lends weight to the idea of a murky, shady process and verdict.

I dont know why CAS or City would allow that.

It's quite simple really:
We're plainly happy for information to be released.
If UEFA aren't happy then they have stuff to hide.
