CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I think we might have to wait until Dan Brown writes a novel about this saga to find out what is really included in the full CAS Judgement. Any suggestions for a title?

They are really undermining the credibility of CAS and the written verdict with this massive delay though.

Everyone is going to assume anything that comes out now is heavily redacted and not a true insight into what happened, and it lends weight to the idea of a murky, shady process and verdict.

I dont know why CAS or City would allow that.

In the eyes of many (ridiculous and superfluous writers) the credibility of CAS is at 0. I am full agreement with @projectriver and I think that CFG should aim to to distance itself from the delay - however true the cause of the delay may be.

What do you know?
Do you know any facts about the latest position?
It is a big assumption to assume anything...

The Hunt for The Red Team Shits.
Uefa Whiff Whaff.
The Tale of the Brilliant British Media.
Khool Hand's Triumph.
Who's Soriano Now?

Just a quick question for those with a legal background.
If other football clubs or UEFA employees are mentioned in the CAS judgement, do they have to be told before its released or can it just be released?

If they are implemented in this surly this could go on for years with them wanting their names removed.
